informative meeting on Tuesday, December 9th

Just wanted to send out a reminder about the informative meeting on Tuesday, December 9th, at the Earth Discovery Center in Eagle Creek Park from 5:15 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. about the Greenway Project (map attached) that goes from 46th Street south on Eagle Creek Parkway, west on 38th Street and south on Dandy Trail to Eagle Creek.  The first phase of the project has been bid and they are suppose to start construction soon.  Come and find more from the project managers and engineers who will be on hand to answer specific questions.  Hope many of you can make this Open House, especially those of you who live along where the trail will be.

The Earth Discovery Center is inside Eagle Creek Park (the address for it is 5901 Delong Road).  When you enter the gate tell the attendant that you are attending the meeting.  You do not have to pay to get into the park for this meeting.  Follow the signs to the Earth Discovery Center.  Take the main road to the second road on the left, turn onto that road and then make another left turn onto the next road.  Follow that road straight back to the Earth Discovery Center.  Parking is after the building.  The gates will be open until the meeting is over and people have left.
