Dear All,
This email is for those constituents who have WASTE MANAGEMENT TRASH SERVICE, which should be most of you who receive this. (Outside I – 465 and north of 21st Street)
Attached are two pieces of information. The first is attachment is the post card that you may have received already this week in the mail. It tells you that your new 96 gallon cart will be delivered between May 15th – May 27th, and you should start using your new can right away. It also tells you if you have any questions to either go to www.Indy.Gov/DPW or the call the Mayor’s Action Center at 317-327-4MAC (317-327-4622).
The second is the letter that will be attached to your cart. It gives you detailed information about the new rules and regulations concerning these carts and your waste collection services. Please read over these carefully as there are changes in the way trash is collected, how and where to place your cart, what is not accepted, heavy trash pick-up, recycling, and what to do if you are elderly or need special accommodations.
