My next Town Hall meeting is coming up on May 23rd (Tuesday) from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. It will be held at Flanner and Buchanan Community Center, located at 2950 N. High School Road, in their Community Room, which is in the building in the back. This meeting is going to be for those of you who have Waste Management as your trash provider. Starting this week those of us who are in the Waste Management Trash Service area will be receiving new cans, which they are asking us to start using as soon as we receive them. I have attached the information that should also come with your can to this email. With all the questions, concerns, and comments that have been made to me, I felt that providing those who are served by Waste Management (basically everyone outside of I – 465 and north of 21st Street) the opportunity to have Waste Management personnel come to this meeting and talk, as well as answer your questions, would be beneficial. This is your opportunity to learn more about these changes and how they affect you and your neighborhood as well as to have your voice heard.
Hope to see many of you on May 23rd at 6:30. Please forward this email onto others in your neighborhood if you are being affected.I have been trying to get cards out in the affected neighborhoods. However, due to the rain and other things, I have not made the progress I had wanted by now. I know many of you have already been helping to pass out cards in your neighborhood, and I thank you so much for doing this. If your neighborhood has not yet had cards passed out in it, and you could help, please let me know. Or, if you could help me pass out cards in some of the areas I still need to get into – that would be most appreciated as well.

From May 15th – 27th you will be receiving new 96 Gallon Trash Cans which you are asked to start using right away. More information will be attached to your new can.
