Last month the West Side Chamber held their annual Job Fair-aganza at the Pike Township Freshman Center. William Lance and David Shank are hanging the banner as we get ready.
Inside the cafeteria the businesses that were seeking employees were setting up their booths in preparation for those who were wanting to apply for jobs.
The job fair opened and potential employees talked with potential employers.
At the end of the day Councillor Janice McHenry (who is a member of the committee who organizes this every year) is helping one of the companies take their display out. Councillor McHenry enjoyed seeing this particular employer as she had taught her daughter in both first and fourth grades before retiring as a teacher.
