Patrick Biggerstaff, Director of Career and Technical Education at the Area 31 Career Center at Ben Davis High School in Wayne Township was named as the Indiana Association for Career and Technical Education Administrator of the Year. He was also recognized for this honor at a recent City-County Council Meeting by three of the west side Councillors.
