While according to the calendar it is not here yet, but it certainly feels like summer and schools are winding down. What better way to spend a summer day than visiting Eagle Creek park and enjoying it on your own or participating in one of the activities on the attached calendar? A separate attachment has the Wednesday evening Concert Series with the group or individual who will be playing each week. What a wonderful way to relax after a busy or tiring day!
Also included is the Indy Parks Swim Schedule for the summer season. Listed are all of Indy Parks Pools, as well as Eagle Creek Beach, with their days and hours of operation, addresses, phone numbers, and fees. What a refreshing way to cool off!
In addition to Eagle Creek Park we have several other parks in our district or nearby. Remember, Indy Parks has 211 parks, 11,254 acres, 125 playgrounds, 155 sport fields, 135 miles of trails, 23 recreation centers and nature centers, 19 aquatic centers, 21 spray grounds, 13 golf courses, and 4 dog parks. This creates a huge variety and certainly a lot of opportunities to check out someplace new. Hope you will enjoy our Indy Parks System soon and often.
