The 40 West Business Association held their first meeting of the year at Grindstone Charley’s.
The program was about 4-H in Wayne Township and a scholarship check was presented to the “40 West Outstanding 4-H Scholar”. Honoring the outstanding 4-H member with a scholarship is a tradition that goes back to 1979. This year’s awardee is pictured with the 2019 President of 40 West Business Association accepting the check.
