The rain did not keep boys and girls away from the Clermont Lions Club’s Easter Egg Hunt. The eggs were scattered on the floor inside. The children lined up to see how many they could collect and if they were lucky to get some of the prize eggs that were in the mix.
The youngest participants were really fun to watch as they learned to pick up the eggs and put them in their baskets with the encouragement of their parents.
The Easter Bunny made his appearance and had his picture taken with all, including Councillor Janice McHenry. A huge “THANKS” goes out to the Clermont Lions Club for a great “hunt” and not letting the weather put a damper on what still was a terrific Easter Egg Hunt.
