Pack the Parks was an exciting day full of activities and free admission to our Indy Parks that has been held on an annual basis. Councillor McHenry visited the parks in her district. What a lovely day to be at the pool, and Gustafson was no exception. The pool had a lot of swimmers in it and ……

Eagle Creek Park had its regulars who come out often to hike on the trails.
It also had some first time visitors who were enjoying learning about birds from hiking with the staff at the Ornithology Center.
The beach was a busy place,
especially the large inflatables. They certainly were popular and look like a lot of fun.
If you took a hike from the Earth Discovery Center you discovered various stations with different animals like the opossum here. What a truly successful day for Indy Parks in showing off so many things they have to offer! Thanks to all the staff and volunteers who made that day possible.
