My next quarterly Town Hall Meeting will be on Saturday, September 26th, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at Flanner and Buchannan Community Center located 2950 N. High School Road. City Controller Matthew Kimmick will be my guest speaker and will talk about the Indianapolis City-County 2016 Budget before it is voted on by the full Council. I hope you will be able to join us so you can learn more about the challenges that we are facing as we prepare for the future. Please help me spread the word about this meeting by forwarding this email to others who live in District 6, both current and new.
As you all know, I do try to get cards out about this meeting in as many of my neighborhoods as possible. If you would be willing to help me distribute cards in your neighborhood or help me to walk in other neighborhoods, it would be greatly appreciated. I am out for at least 2 hours a day working on this, and would love the company or some help. Please let me know if you would like to volunteer to help me get the word out.
