Dear All,
There will be a ribbon cutting for the bridge tomorrow at 4:30 p.m. I would love to see a lot of you there. We have waited so long for this to happen – years for the planning and construction to start, and then once started way to long for completion. But what a wonderful difference it will make! Hopefully it will last for years and we will have “smooth driving” and not the chuck holes and pieces on concrete the dodge and worry about.
They are planning from where they are asking people to park on doing this on the north side of the bridge. There is also plenty of places to park in Windham, as that is where we parked today for our cleanup. I know some people have mentioned parking at CVS and walking down from there as they did not want to drive around.
Please pass this information on to others who may be interested. I am only sending this to those who I know live in the area and may be interested, I am depending on HOA Leaders and others to make sure your friends and neighbors know. Don’t assume I am sending it to them. Please do let others know.
