There are a lot of things that will be happening at our various Indy Parks that I wanted to make sure you were aware. Below is a summary of what is attached:
Sap to Syrup Season at Indy Parks – Have you ever wondered what it takes and how real Maple Syrup is made? Two of our Indy Parks (Holliday & Southeastway) have some unique opportunities to learn more about this sweet treat from nature that our pioneer forefathers loved so much. What a terrific family outing, or just a unique way to spend a late winter day.
Spring Break Camps and Other Great Programs from A – Z – Registration is now open for adult and youth programs. With the many programs offered, it seems like the entire alphabet will be covered. Indy Parks also has a solution to keep children active during Spring Break as well. Check this out!
Indy Parks Summer Camps – A huge variety of Summer Camps are offered at thirteen Indy Parks around the City. There are various themes and something that is sure to get your child’s interest. The Summer Day Camps Guide and Registration Forms are available online. What a wonderful way to keep students learning and having fun while doing so this summer.
Summer Job Opportunities – There are more than 400 seasonal positions now being filled for various jobs at Indy Parks. A great way to build resumes, experience teamwork and customer service, and earn money. Positions will remain posted until filled. Don’t forget, coming up in March is a free StarGuard Lifeguard Certification class. A successful completion of this course is required for all lifeguard positions.
