On April 2nd Councillor Janice McHenry welcomed IMPD’S Chief Troy Riggs to her first Quarterly Town Hall Meeting of 2016.
Chief Riggs spoke to 75 attendees about IMPD, Crime, and his ideas to make Indianapolis a safer City. What the police will be working hard to accomplish by a variety of ways is: Reduce Crime – Reduce the Fear of Crime – Improve Public Safety.
