Maybe if we think really hard about flowers spring really will come! It is time for Wayne Township 4-H to take orders for their annual Geranium and Flower sale. The Geraniums come in 4 inch pots, in a choice of 5 different colors, for $1.50 each or a flat of 12 for $18. There are four other varieties of flowering plants that come in quart containers and are $5 each. The flyers that tell not only more about the beautiful flowers, but how to order them are attached. Orders do need to be placed by March 20th. The flowers arrive May 4th (in time for mother’s day) and you will pick them up at 8729 Chapel Glen Drive (off of Country Club Road between 10th Street and Rockville Road). Delivery is available for orders of one flat or more.
This is a excellent way to get flowers for your containers, pots, and flower beds. It is also a terrific way to help 4-H raise money for their programs that help our youth. I have always found their flowers to be great and hope you will too.
