Exciting things are happening with two of our libraries here on the west side!
Eagle Library will be moving to their new location and brand new library which will be located at 3905 Moller Road (next to Meijers, just north of 38th Street). It is on track to open late spring. In preparation for the move the existing library building will close for 2 to 3 weeks prior to their opening date. Watch for details and dates.
Wayne Library is in the planning stages for remodeling. They are beginning their public meetings for this and also have a survey available. The survey does need to be completed by March 4th, so if interested in participating, do so this weekend. What they provided me to access the survey is attached.
All three of the calendars for our closest libraries are attached – Eagle, Wayne, and Pike. There are a lot of interesting programs for various ages including animals and dance for the very young, teen activities, and things for families and adults. Check them out and find out some of the activities that are offered.
