Dear All,
The West Side Chamber of Commerce has been busy planning for our annual Job Fair. This year it will be held on Wednesday, June 6th, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Pike Freshman Center located 6801 Zionsville Road. Last year we had about 80 employers who had at least 10 jobs to fill. Those looking for jobs found this a great opportunity to talk to so many different companies about the job openings they had and the employers were pleased with the applicants.
This is not just for first time job seekers. It is for those looking for a new career, a better job, a new job, and also for those who may be retired but would like to find a part time job in order to have something to do and keep skills and mind sharp. The top flyer tells more.
We will also be taking reservations from businesses who have job openings and would like to set up at the job fair until May 25th. The second flyer tells more about the space available and who to contact if interested.
This can be a win/win for both potential employees and employers. Check out the attachments. Please feel free to forward this information on to others – churches, schools, businesses, neighborhood groups, community groups, etc. Help us make this a huge success for all.
