The smiling pumpkins I have seen in neighborhoods while walking door-to-door all seem to be saying the same thing – “Happy Halloween”!  If you have children “Trick-or-Treating” this evening, be safe out there and make sure they are dressed very warm under their costumes.  If you are driving during “Trick-or-Treat” hours, please be on the lookout for all the little ones who are out, as they are not thinking about watching for you.  Again,
