Dear All,
Many of you may remember Jackie Nytes, Indianapolis Public Library CEO, and her “Love Your Library Tour” that had been held in years past. These had occurred during the month of February where she hosted meetings about our library system at all of the libraries. Due to COVID she is doing things a little bit differently this year.
Jackie Nytes is stopping by every Library branch throughout the month of May for an informal chat. She welcomes everyone to stop by to talk about how the libraries are doing, how they can serve you better, and to share their new strategic plan. The three libraries in our area’s dates and times are:
Eagle Branch – Friday, May 21st, from 10 a.m. – noon
Pike Branch – Wednesday, May 26th, from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Wayne Branch – Friday, May 28th, from 10 a.m. – noon
There is also one online session for those who prefer to participate from home on Tuesday, May 25th, at 6:30 p.m. Registration is required for that. Go to the Indianapolis Public Library’s Web Site and to their events page in order to register if you want to participate in their Zoom meeting.
