Dear All,
Did you have a live Christmas tree this year and now you want to dispose of it? Seven of our Indy Parks have drop off locations for those trees and will be accepting those trees until January 31st. Remember that all lights, ornaments, and other decorations must be first removed. These trees will then be made into mulch. The park that is closest to most of us is Northwestway Park located at 5253 W. 62nd Street. Krannert Park is not one of the drop off locations this year, and I gather this is due to the construction and renovation that they are undergoing. I know many of you may have used their location in the past, so please make note that they are not accepting trees this year.
