Helping with “Cutting the Ribbon” for David Gilmore’s new location of his Farmers Insurance Office at 77 S. Girls School Road are Rick Proctor, President of the West Side Chamber of Commerce; Councillor Janice McHenry; David Gilmore; and his office manager.
