Leonard Park in Speedway recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony and a 5K Run/Walk for the Grand Opening of the B&O Trail in that area.  Speedway Trails Bev Katherhenry & Speedway Town Councilor Gary Raikes are talking about the successful  trail system and the new part of B&O before it officially opens.

 After the ribbon was cut, the participants in the Diamond in the Rough 5K are off!  The “Diamond” is the newly paved portion of the B & O and the “Rough” is the grass and gravel portion of the Eagle Creek Trail.  A very exciting day for the trails.
