The Jingle Books Program just completed another successful year at the Indianapolis Libraries.  Melinda Mullican, Wayne Branch Manager, accepted a donation of books from Councillor McHenry.  Thanks to everyone who donated books to a library so that others could select a book to give to a boy or girl to call their own this Christmas.
