The third time was a charm, as the weather finally cooperated, and volunteers started gathering for our first official Clean-up of 2019. We had 20 people who did come out and helped pick up trash along 56th Street and Reed Road.
When finished some volunteers stopped by one of the two piles of bags before heading back home to enjoy the rest of their day. Thanks to everyone who came out that day and also to the other volunteers who make it a habit of keeping areas clean in our district.
