Recently Councillor McHenry held a “HOA (Home Owners Association) Leaders Meeting” for the presidents and board members of the HOA’s in her district. Steve Buschmann was the guest speaker, who is extremely knowledgeable about HOA Laws and Regulations. He spoke about HOA’s and laws that have come before the State Legislators the last few years as well as opened it up for questions from those in attendance.
Councillor Janice McHenry thanks Mr. Buschmann after he spoke. From the feedback she received everyone felt it was very worthwhile. Councillor McHenry not only thanks Steve Buschmann for being the speaker, but also to all of those who were in attendance representing their Home Owners Associations.
