Clermont’s Parade

Do you enjoy a parade as it passes by?  Watching the various groups and participants is always a lot of fun!  What better way to spend a Saturday morning but by attending Clermont’s annual parade!  It will be on Saturday, September 21st, starting at 11:00 a.m.  The parade route will be starting at Raceway Road and traveling east on Crawfordsville Road to Tansel.  From there it will go south and end up on the north side of Robey Elementary School (please note new end point this year).  Those who would like to watch this traditional small town parade can do so along the parade route.  It should be a great parade!  Please see attached flyer for more information.

If you do not go to the parade, please be advised that traffic will be re-routed or delayed in and around Clermont on Raceway Road, Crawfordsville Road, and Tansel Road during the parade.  Please plan your driving accordingly.

Sincerely,

Janice McHenry

City-County Councillor District 6

P.S.  I will be participating again this year.  If anyone would like to walk with some other volunteers and me, let me know by replying to this email.  It is always fun to walk the parade route and pass out flags to those watching.  The more in our unit the merrier!
