I-74 ramps to I-465 to close for 4 days on the West side
INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Department of Transportation will close two ramps for repair starting Monday, September 30.
I-74 EB to I-465 SB ramp will be closed for 4 nights starting Monday, September 30 through Thursday, October 3. Crews will be repairing bridge joints and patching the bridge deck.
The ramp will be closed nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next morning.
Detour: During the nightly closures, drivers can take I-74 EB to Crawfordsville Road and use the ramp to get back on I-465 SB.
The next week, I-465 NB to I-74 WB will be shut down for repairs. The closure will be nightly from Monday, October 7 to Thursday, October 11.
The ramp will be closed nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next morning.
Detour: During the nightly closures, drivers can continue on I-465 NB to 38th Street (Exit 17) and reenter I-465 SB.
