Dear All,
Saturday is an exciting day for our Indy Parks! They have planned an event called “Pack the Parks” and the idea is to get as many people visiting the various Indy Parks as possible. The pools and admissions will be free for all of the Indy Park sponsored events. See the attached flyer and click on “Pack the Parks Activities” to see what special activities are going on a many of our various Parks. I hope that you will be able to visit and participate in at least one of these special activities or just visit and enjoy one of our Indy Parks on Saturday during regular park hours.
Remember – Indy Park Pools and Eagle Creek Beach will be closing around August 1st. Take advantage of these last few days that the pools and beach will be open.
Don’t forget, if you visit Eagle Creek Park either Saturday or anytime between now and next Thursday, please get some school supplies and take with you to drop off at either the 56th Street or 71st Street Gate or in the box at the Earth Discovery Center. Let’s make sure that some of the boys and girls that don’t have the needed supplies get them when they go to back to school.
