Potholes

Dear All,

Finally DPW is getting into neighborhoods to fill potholes.  I have even heard from a couple of you that your neighborhood has had theirs filled.  DPW was not able to work as quickly as they had hoped in getting into neighborhoods due to the late snows and freezing/thawing temperatures along with spring rains.  With that being past (except now we are getting rain again) they will be in neighborhoods.  Please report any and all potholes in your neighborhood (or on other City streets) to the Mayor’s Action Center (MAC) at 317-327-4622 or use the app on your phone.  They must be reported to the MAC in order to be on the list to be filled.  While I do write down potholes that I see when I am in various neighborhoods as well as the other streets, I have to turn them into the MAC first too.  If you do have potholes that have been turned in and after a reasonable amount of time they are not being filled, please do let me know and I can do a follow up.  Just remember they do need to be reported to the MAC first.

Do report those potholes so we can get them filled!

Sincerely,

Janice McHenry
