Thin Deck Overlay and Bridge Approach Slab Repair on I-465 NB on the West Side of Marion County
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Milestone Contractors announces lane restriction on I-465 on the west side of Marion County.
Beginning on or after Wednesday, October 11, at 9 p.m. crews will restrict I-465 northbound over Big Eagle Creek and U.S. 136 to three lanes of traffic. Crews will close the 10th Street entrance ramp to I-465 northbound. These restrictions will allow crews to complete a thin deck overlay and bridge approach slab repair. This work is expected to be complete by Monday, October 16, at 6 a.m., weather permitting.
INDOT reminds drivers to consider worker safety by slowing down, using caution and avoiding distractions when traveling in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
